Our mission is to guide every child into a genuine and unshakable relationship with Jesus Christ that continues to mature and develop along with the child. We do this by providing a safe and loving place for children to learn, play, and worship. Every child has an important place in God's story and in Kids Town children get to begin exploring just what that means.

Notice:

Children's Ministry is here to serve children from babies thru Fifth grade.  During our Sunday services, your child will experience his/her very own service with worship, a Bible lesson, and hands on activities in a safe, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere. During this time we have put into place many procedures to keep our attendees healthy: smaller classes, a one-way traffic pattern, extra cleaning protocols before and after service, individual supplies and toy boxes, social distancing and masks for ages 3+.

Classes Offered:

Children’s Ministry is available during our 10:00 am service. Please Click Here to sign your child up to attend their age appropriate class.

JAM – Jesus and Me Class – This class is for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Any child 5 and under who has not started kindergarten will enjoy the toys, play time, Bible lesson and activities in this room.

Elementary Class – This class is for kids in Kindergarten – 5th Grade. Kids in this class will enjoy the engaging video lesson, hands on activities and lots of time to just be kids.

Our volunteers serve to ensure your kids encounter God and His unconditional love and have fun when coming to church. They are positive, kind and enjoy working with kids! Every room has at least 2 volunteers. During the current conditions, rooms are kept small in order to comply with local restrictions and to keep all of our kids and volunteers healthy.

The safety and security of your children is our top priority. Our check-in and pick-up process is simple and efficient. Parents will receive a security tag so you can know that no one will pick up your child except you. Our goal is for parents to enjoy attending the church service, knowing that your child is safe and having a great time learning about Jesus.

If you are more comfortable taking your child to the service with you, that is also an option! Our church loves kids and enjoys seeing them in the service. They are never a disruption, just a joy!

If you choose this option, please include the kids in your count when you sign up for the main service.

If you prefer to access kids activities online instead of attending church in person, you can Click Here to watch the videos. Supplemental discussion guides and activities are provided in the weekly emails mentioned below.

Sunday morning

Family life is busier than ever but in Kids Town, time slows down, as kids get to play and relax all while soaking up God's Word. Children from newborns through fifth grade are welcome to come learn about Christ and their special place in God's plan.

Where do you go?

We are in the South building on the bottom floor.

When do you come?

Doors are open at 9:45am and class lasts from 10:00am-11:15am.

What do your children learn?

Children in our twos and pre-k classes follow along with our Lil' K curriculum where they learn topical Bible lessons that are presented in a fun way that is easy to understand.

Once children enter kindergarten, they graduate to our next curriculum, The Gospel Project. Through The Gospel Project they will work their way through the entire Bible two times before moving up to student ministry. Each lesson focuses on a key verse to memorize, a Bible story, life application, crafts and games, prayer, as well as worship time and Bible study time. The lesson is broken up between sections where all of our children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade come together for large group and time in small groups with other children your child's age.
